The Story

ETQ Global is a Singapore based organization specializing in neuroscience based assessments of an individual’s entrepreneurial mindset and potential.

Having developed their patented AI power solution suite, their flagship diagnostic models a user’s potential based on their reactions to real-world scenarios. Their training focuses on helping users rewire their neural pathways for optimal results.

Traditionally, neuroplasticity has been used in the medical field to help patients recover from traumatic injuries. This relies on the brain’s exceptional ability to forge new connections between neurons to learn. In an effort to rebrand from their dated past branding, we worked towards creating a more timeless and universal visual identity. This later extended to designing their online diagnostic products, tactile learning assets and joining their board as their Director of User Experience.

The power of three different 'e's, 't's and 'q's is the focus of this rebrand, to capture the spirit, emotion and ambition of ETQ Global.

Designing simplified icons to represent the company’s four distinct user groups – students, employees, employers and the elderly. ETQ’s diagnostics are tailored to each group’s unique pain points and the training geared towards resolving them.

Designing the UI/UX for the diagnostic product and a bespoke scoring system which serves as an extension of the logo’s cube. Each of the axis represent a different assessment module from the diagnostic product.

Impact

In its incubation phase, ETQ Global has become an associate of the Millet Group, with international activations across Singapore, India, Vietnam and the Netherlands.
